I don't know how I stumbled across your blog, but I'm really enjoying it. I've been subscribed for some time. I use Feedly so I think sometimes bloggers don't realise I'm subscribed, but anyway.
Thank you for the comment, so kind of you to pop in.
My big plans for Friday night involve watching Totoro, maybe Spirited Away, not certain. :)

I'll pass that on to my true love. He's the cook here, thank goodness!

Lucky you Pao; nice to have a partner who cooks!

Great idea! I use back of a chef's knife to peel (shave?) carrots. I will have to try a teaspoon next time ;)

Yuko, that sounds like a good way to peel carrots, I'll have to give that a try. I've read carrots really don't need to be peeled at all, just a scrapping like you are doing.
